Placement referrals

The right match starts with an honest conversation.

We carefully consider each referral, the needs and risks of the child or young person, the compatibility of the proposed home and whether we can provide safe, stable and effective care.

01

Share

Tell us what is happening now and what the child or young person needs from their next home.

02

Understand

We review information, ask questions and work with the professional network.

03

Decide

We are open about whether our model and available home can safely meet their needs.

Nationwide referrals

Nottingham homes. A referral process that can begin anywhere in the UK.

Our solo homes operate with minimum 2:1 staffing, which can be increased when a child or young person’s assessed needs, risks or authorised arrangements require more support.

Careful matching

We consider registration, presenting risks, staffing, the home environment and the professional information available before making a decision.

Complex needs

We specialise in children and young people with complex needs and high-risk behaviours, including appropriate placements subject to deprivation of liberty orders.

Nationwide support

Where agreed with the placing authority, we can arrange collection or transport from any UK location and support family and professional contact arrangements.

Home information

Upon request, and where applicable, we will provide the relevant home's URN, latest Ofsted report and Statement of Purpose.

Initial referral

Tell us about the placement required.

Please share only the minimum information needed for an initial discussion. Full documents can be exchanged securely after contact is established.
